Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated is a sorority founded by five visionary women who believed deeply in the power of education. Soror Thelma Louise Stokes Craig served as the first Chapter President of the Temple Terrace chapter. In 1987, the Nu Upsilon Zeta Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated was established under her leadership.
We honor Soror Craig’s unwavering dedication to both the community and Hillsborough County public schools through the creation of the Thelma Louise Stokes Craig College Scholarship Fund.
Each year, Nu Upsilon Zeta proudly continues her legacy of scholarship and service by offering this scholarship to African American female high school seniors in Hillsborough County.
